Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Within the U.S. & Canada

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States and Canada.

All orders are shipped from our Texas warehouse using eco-friendly, compostable packaging.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account at www.theshowfine.com.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • If an item has a delayed shipping note, it will follow the timeline on its product page.
  • Please note: Courier-related delays may occur and are beyond our control.

4. Exchanges & Returns (U.S. & Canada)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or need a size exchange, we're here to help. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at theshowfine@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the item
    • Reason for return or exchange
  2. Once approved, we will send return instructions.
  3. Items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    • With tags attached
    • Returned in original packaging with the shipping label and tags intact

Important: Returns with missing, damaged, or altered labels/Tags cannot be accepted.

What’s Eligible:

  • Exchanges for sizing or defective items
  • Credit note if a replacement is not available

What’s Not Eligible:

  • Accessories and jewelry (unless defective)
  • Final sale items, customized orders, or credit note purchases
  • Items exchanged once (no second exchange)
  • Returns without prior email approval

5. Credit Notes

Approved returns are issued a digital credit note equal to the amount paid.

  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Redeemable only on theshowfine.com
  • No cash refunds

6. Order Cancellations

Email theshowfine@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel.

  • After 12 hours, cancellation depends on order status
  • Approved cancellations will receive a credit note valid for 6 months
  • No cash refunds
